Warm winter foods just in time for a Russian winter

Cold weather calls for special treats. “Warm the stomach, warm the heart.” If one could bottle the talents of Russian chef Oxana Perkova and perform her kind of magic, wow! This are thick slices of Brie laid over a thick multi grain bread. Sprinkle some herbs and then add yellow (or red) tomatoes. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes and serve with hot tea.
